Off-grid is not one purchase. It is four systems that all have to hold at once: power, water in, waste out, and internet.
The gear here covers all four. Solar and SOK batteries with Victron gear watching them, our filtration setup, the tote tank and sewer kit that let us stay parked instead of breaking camp, and Starlink so both of us can keep working from wherever we stopped.
This is also what got us through fifteen days without moving. Each post says what held up and what we ran out of first.
