Our kitchen is split between the one inside the rig and the one we set up outside on a folding table.
The gear here is what survived that arrangement. A 17 inch Blackstone that does most of the real cooking, an Instant Pot that turned out to be the hardest working appliance we own, an air fryer that runs entirely on solar, and a collapsible table that turns a boondocking site into an outdoor room.
Everything on this list has to earn its storage space, work on battery power, and pack down small enough to travel. Anything that failed one of those three is not here.
