Cooking off-grid is mostly a power problem. Anything with a heating element pulls hard, so what you own ends up deciding what you eat.
The Instant Pot and the air fryer both run fine on our solar and batteries, which is why they get used most. The Blackstone handles anything that wants real heat and keeps the smell and the mess outside. The folding table underneath it is what makes the outdoor setup work at all.
