Mackinaw City sits where the two halves of Michigan meet, and we keep finding reasons to come back.

These videos cover Mackinac Island, which surprised us more than we expected it to, the crossing into the Upper Peninsula, and the night the northern lights came out over the Mackinac Bridge and we caught the whole display on camera.

That last one was not planned. Most of the good ones are not.

We went to Mackinaw City for a quiet weekend and a bonfire by the lake. Then the sky over the Mackinac Bridge turned pink and green, and the bonfire lost our attention completely.
