We live full-time in a Brinkley Model Z 3515, and before we bought it we walked through the Model Z 2900 and 3100, nearly ordered the 3100, and switched when Brinkley released the 3515 with an office in the back. This page lays out every fifth wheel floor plan on Brinkley's website, with the length, price and weights Brinkley publishes, and the few things we'd point out as owners.
Everything in the tables comes from brinkleyrv.com, checked in October 2026. Brinkley changes its lineup and prices, so check the floor plan page before you visit a dealer. For our own rig in detail, see our Brinkley Model Z 3515.

How Brinkley's fifth wheel lineup is organized
Brinkley sells three fifth wheel lines. The Model Z is what Brinkley calls its mid-sized luxury fifth wheel, and it's the one we live in. The Model G and Model Gx are fifth wheel toy haulers, with a garage at the back that Brinkley also pitches as flex space. Brinkley also builds travel trailers (the Model I, Model Ix and Model Z Air), which aren't covered here.
On each line, Brinkley lists some floor plans separately under "dealer stock only." Our 3515 is one of them now, and at a rally we heard that Brinkley has stopped making it in favor of a different design. If one of the dealer-stock plans is the one you want, ask a dealer what's actually available.
Brinkley Model Z floor plans
Ten Model Z floor plans are on Brinkley's main list, three of them marked new: the 3210, 3310 and 3510. Brinkley's own pages for the 2700 and the three new plans didn't load when we checked, so for those we only have the length and description from the Model Z overview. Hitch weight is Brinkley's published figure, listed next to its unloaded weight.

Standard Run MSRP is Brinkley's suggested price for the base floor plan. Options sit on top of it, and the dealer sets what you actually pay. We paid about $101,000 for our 2025 3515 before tax and fees, against a 2025 MSRP of $123,075 for that build. The details are on our 3515 page.
Brinkley Model G and Model Gx floor plans (toy haulers)
The Model G is Brinkley's luxury fifth wheel toy hauler line. Every floor plan has a garage or flex space, from 10' 6" to 17' long where Brinkley gives a length, and they generally run longer and heavier than the Model Z: 37' 11" to 46' 11", with GVWRs of 22,000 to 23,500 pounds where Brinkley lists them. Brinkley lists MSRPs for the Model G "with $3,765 Premium Build Package."

The Model Gx is the newest line. Brinkley introduces it as lighter and more affordable than the Model G, with three floor plans on its page when we checked: the 3450x (11' garage, flex space with half bath, family seating), the 3500x (11' garage) and the 4000x (17' garage and a king suite). Brinkley didn't publish lengths or weights for the Gx on that page, so they aren't in the table.
Which Brinkley floor plans work for working from home?
This was the question that decided it for us. We both work remotely, full time, so we needed two places to work that weren't the same table. Going by Brinkley's own descriptions, the plans with a dedicated work space are:
- Model Z 3515: a rear flex room Brinkley pitches as an office, mudroom or laundry room. Ours is set up with an adjustable sit-stand desk, and there's a door between it and the front of the rig.
- Model Z 3610: a bonus room that Brinkley lists as bunkhouse, office, second living or flex space.
- Model Z 2680: the description includes a desk.
- Model G 4150: a private front office with an adjustable desk.
Brinkley also puts a sliding desk/dining table it calls the Dinesk in the Model Z 2670 and 2680, and in some Model G and Gx plans.
Here's what we learned shopping. On the 3100, people set up an office at the sliding desk in the bedroom, and we found that a little cramped. The rolling office chairs we use don't even fit through the bedroom doorway. A separate room with a door fixed both problems, and it's the reason we switched our order to the 3515. Fabiola worked in the back office the first year. Now it's Nathan's, and Fabiola uses the desk up front.
Length and weight: what to check before you pick
A longer floor plan buys you a room, and it costs you in two places: driving and truck.
Ours is 39' 11". It's a bit long, and it took us a little while to get used to driving it. Our first try at parking it, in a dealer lot, took a lot of pull-ups. Our how to tow a fifth wheel guide covers the truck side and the basics.
The hitch weights in the tables are Brinkley's published figures. Loaded for full-time living, ours put 3,600 pounds on the truck at a CAT scale in July 2025, against Brinkley's published 2,591 for the 3515. Our F-350 is rated for 3,884 pounds of pin weight, so that left under 300 pounds of margin. If you're choosing between floor plans with your truck already bought, look at what the trailer weighs loaded, not just the brochure number. How to weigh your RV at a CAT scale shows how we got ours.
The 3515's GVWR of 17,495 pounds is why our Ford F-350 came before the RV. The bigger Model Z plans go to 17,695, and the Model G plans start at 22,000.
Why we ended up in the 3515
Two offices, a kitchen we actually cook in, and storage we still haven't filled. Would we buy it again? Yes. It's probably our perfect model.
So it surprised us to hear, at a rally, that Brinkley has stopped making the 3515 in favor of a different design, because we think it's an amazing design. Ours is one of the early versions. A later version added another air conditioner and other improvements, and then the floor plan was discontinued. With Brinkley now listing it as dealer stock only, ours is fairly rare.
The longer version, with the specs, what we paid and the first-year repairs, is on our Brinkley Model Z 3515 page, and the shopping trip that started it is in Brinkley vs Alliance.
Two of the things we added to ours apply to any floor plan. Brinkley's current 3515 comes with a 370 watt solar panel. Mobile Solar Consulting designed and installed the rest of our solar and battery system, and code NOMADSAMOR gets you half off their design consultation package, or a free AC soft starter with a qualifying installation. Their shop is here, and our Brinkley solar setup has the parts list. They also mounted our Starlink on the roof, which keeps working while we tow. Order directly from Starlink through our referral link and you get a free month of service, credited after your new service activates. Starlink sets the exact terms, so check the referral offer shown at checkout.
